FNC is the latest treatment method at present, and its main function is to prevent rust. The carbonitriding layer generally requires 0.1-0.3 mm

The surface treatment of the brake disc is mainly to solve the rust problem. There is no way to completely solve the rust problem of cast iron. The place that is not in contact with the brake pad can be delayed by other methods, but the place that is in contact with the brake pad cannot be treated with anti-rust treatment. , so don’t worry about slight rust on the brake surface, you can remove it by gently stepping on the brake pedal, and try to avoid emergency braking!
